Unfollow anyone you dont know or dont trust that could be exploiting this. Whos to say theyre not already stealing your details? If you dont see their tweets they cant harm you. If you use something other than the Twitter website to view your tweets, you should be fairly safe, though without looking at each one individually its hard to be sure.
